We inform everyone that our Payment policy has been changed, and will now be adopted as described below:

As of July 1, 2024, the standard payment term will be in effect at 28/42/56 days after receipt of the material at the factory.

The payment method is exclusively through transfer/pix of the bank information provided on the invoice.

Payments will be made every Friday according to the deadline schedule informed in the supplier's registration with the company.

Monthly late payment charges, in case of extension of the date, will be set at 1% (one percent) per month, plus monetary correction, this sum being limited to 1.5% (one point five percent) per month. No other amount will be paid, except for these notices.

⁠Mercosul informs that for partner suppliers, it has the option of invoicing with risk drawn on the partner financial institution, and the supplier may receive payment in cash within 7 days after delivery of materials.

⁠In case of non-compliance with the payment policy, the supplier will be blocked in the Mercosul supply registry.
